Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your items to ship. You will receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status of your shipment by logging in with your email address or simply checking the email sent with tracking information. If your order hasn't been received within 10 days, contact us at info@lindsays.shop.
Orders $80 or more qualify for free shipping.

30-Day No-Hassle Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unopened items with all original tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return:
- Contact our support team at info@lindsays.shop with your order number to initiate a return.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Ship the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Please Note:
- Items that have been worn, used, or have missing tags cannot be accepted.
- There is no cost to you for shipping your return using the provided label.
We aim to make returns simple and stress-free, so you can shop with confidence!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If you’d like to exchange an item, simply request a return for your original purchase and place a new order for the item you want.
